k... now evening le... morning went to gym again... i xiao la... nothing den go gym n make myself sweat if not the lazy me will not go bathe till late in the noon..run n run den slow down to quick walk den run again... den tried running n singing tis few days... quite tough... but still practising.. run n sing at the same time.(:

went to westmall to return my lib book... den buy food n came home... nothing much today.... rest den ltr maybe go play bowl... maybe only... really hope i can. (:
